Why We Rebranded
By Maria Perrin on March 11, 2024
There are many reasons to rebrand a company—to keep things fresh; to align with industry trends, to stand out among the competition … all good motives, but none of them are the reason that we did it.
We rebranded PPL, overhauling our website and all other communications, for one main reason: To reflect our renewed energy and commitment to you—our clients, program participants, and caregivers.
As a newly independent company, we are solely focused on home-based, self-directed, whole person care. We want our brand to shout from the rooftops about the enormous benefits of these services, and the importance of making them easy to obtain for anyone who wants them, including our most vulnerable citizens.
Our new website is easy to navigate. Medicaid members, self-direction program participants, their families, and caregivers can easily obtain information about essential national and state-specific programs. They can readily find informational resources, educational materials, and thought-provoking content in the format of their choosing—videos, podcasts, and downloadable documents. The site complies with modern accessibility standards and accommodates many different abilities.
This new brand will represent the foundation of our partnership with you, the organizations, individuals, and communities working in self-directed home services and whole person care. We strongly believe that these things will prove critical to a viable healthcare system in the near and long-term future.
We hope you enjoy the new website and content, and we look forward to working together to advance our common goals.
