Terms and Conditions – NJ Virtual Conference

1. I understand that I am responsible for all costs associated with my attendance at this Virtual Summit.

2. I acknowledge that PPL will be recording the keynote presentations given at the Virtual Summit.

3. I acknowledge that Public Partnerships LLC owns the intellectual property rights to the content presented today.

4. I understand that I should not share confidential information during the Virtual Summit or any of its breakout sessions.

5. I agree that I will not record, reproduce or share the content of the Virtual Summit.

6. I understand that a copy of the Virtual Summit presentations and related materials may be available before, during or after the Virtual Summit and is for my personal/non-commercial use only.

7. I understand that my likeness may appear on screen during the Virtual Summit, including in the breakout sessions, and that participants may be able to take screenshots of my likeness. PPL will not be liable for any uses or disclosures of screenshots taken by participants.

8. I understand that when I register for the Virtual Summit, PPL will collect certain information about me, including my name, email address and telephone number. I understand that PPL will use this information to remind me about the Virtual Summit and to send me follow up materials after the Virtual Summit is over.

9. I understand that PPL may remove me from the Virtual Summit if, in PPL’s sole judgment, my participation or behavior creates a disruption or hinders the enjoyment of the Virtual Summit by other attendees.

10. I promise that I will not hold PPL, or any of its employees or affiliate, responsible for any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs or expenses relating to or arising out of my attendance at the Virtual Summit.
