New to PPL and have questions about how to get started? Join one of our virtual onboarding sessions for answers.

CDPAP Personal Assistants: How to Enter Time with PPL

In these daily sessions, we will walk through some of the tools available to you as a CDPAP personal assistant and best practices for entering your time with PPL.

Mondays at 2 – 2:30 pm Tuesdays at 9 – 9:30 am Wednesdays at 2 – 2:30 pm Thursdays at 9 – 9:30 am Fridays at 2 – 2:30 pm

CDPAP Consumers: How to Approve & Manage Time with PPL

In these sessions, we will walk through best practices for managing and approving your PA’s time using PPL’s tools.

Tuesdays at 2 – 2:30 pm Thursdays at 10 – 10:30 am

Registration Sessions

Registration sessions are held in person and virtually. PPL staff will walk attendees through the process of registering through PPL@Home and completing all the necessary forms. These sessions are available only to CDPAP consumers (and/or a representative they choose) and personal assistants to assist with the transition to PPL as the statewide fiscal intermediary. Personal assistants must be accompanied by a consumer or the consumer’s designated representative.

Virtual Registration Sessions

We hold virtual Zoom meetings where a PPL staff member can walk you through everything you need to do transition to PPL. These sessions are reserved for consumers (and/or their designated representatives) and personal assistants.
