Educational Sessions
PPL offers sessions to help CDPAP consumers and personal assistants understand their responsibilities in CDPAP and get answers to common questions in real time. Sign up for an upcoming session below.

I-9 Document Validation: Daily Drop-In Sessions
PPL staff are available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Eastern Time to support I-9 document validation through a virtual drop-in session. Join anytime during these hours using the link below. Please have your I-9 supporting documents ready so we can help you complete this requirement.
Virtual Registration Sessions
We hold virtual Zoom meetings where a PPL staff member can walk you through everything you need to do to register with PPL. These sessions are reserved for consumers (and/or their designated representatives) and personal assistants.

In-Person Registration
At in-person registration appointments, PPL staff will walk attendees through the process of registering through PPL@Home and completing all the necessary forms.
