PPL Chief Executive Officer, Miki Kapoor did a Q&A interview with Medium Authority Magazine.

“If I could inspire one movement, it would be unwavering, non-negotiable dignity for every human being who needs care.”

Several of his points echo what we see every day in self-direction, where giving caregivers and participants more autonomy leads to better care at home, on their own terms.
