The o4a Annual Conference is Ohio’s premier event focused on home and community-based services (HCBS) and the aging and disability network. Each year, nearly 600 professionals, advocates, providers, and volunteers gather for two days of learning, collaboration, and inspiration. Attendees gain access to expert-led sessions on the latest policies, programs, and best practices, as well as opportunities to explore innovative resources and solutions that strengthen care and support for older adults and people with disabilities.

Beyond the educational sessions, the conference is a hub for connection—bringing together leaders from across Ohio to share ideas, build partnerships, and shape the future of aging and disability services.
