PPL provides the State of Iowa and its MCOs a Support Broker training designed to help existing Support Brokers better understand the nuances of self-direction as well as understand how to create and manage a budget. The program is hosted in an online environment and provides valuable content for both existing Support Brokers and new hires. The content relates to “real world” scenarios allowing users to see the value of the training in their daily positions.
