Three Different Roles, One Shared Purpose

Rikki B., Registration Specialist

“I love helping people, and the most rewarding part of my job is hearing the gratitude in a Personal Assistant’s or consumer’s voice at the end of a call. Knowing I’ve helped them better understand the process or support a family member is what keeps me motivated. Even when I’m working through complex issues, I look forward to the next call because you never know whose day you might make a little easier.” – Rikki B.

“The most meaningful part of my work is helping participants and families navigate the Self-Determination Program with confidence. Knowing I can ease someone’s stress, answer their questions, and help them access the services they need is what makes this work so rewarding.
